Dan Moylan, Sales and Leasing
Dan Moylan has been part of the leasing and sales division at MCC Realty Group since June 2002. Dan has been a licensed California real estate broker for over twenty years and is experienced in both Landlord/ Tenant lease transactions as well as Seller/Buyer sales transactions. His background includes asset management responsibilities including underwriting acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate. He has also served as a Senior Property Manager responsible for the day to day operations of a 1,000,000 square foot portfolio of commercial, industrial and retail property. His responsibilities included portfolio budgeting, leasing, operations, construction and capital improvements. Dan is a 1981 graduate of St. Mary’s College of Moraga with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/ Economics and has also completed several real estate courses offered by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
Tim Hogan, Sales and Leasing
Tim joined MCC Realty Group in 2003 and focuses primarily on the I-680 Corridor Office Market. Tim is actively involved with project leasing, tenant representation and is currently working on projects in excess of 550,000 square feet. Tim has been involved in over one hundred transactions to date and has developed a highly successful brokerage practice founded on the principles of integrity, hard work and commitment to client service. Prior to joining MCC Realty Group, Tim had several years experience starting technology companies in the Bay Area. Tim holds a history degree from USC and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
Stephen Moran, Sales and Leasing
Stephen joined MCC Realty Group’s Brokerage Department in 2004. He specializes in representing Landlords, tenants, buyers/sellers in various commercial transactions. Stephen has done extensive Tenant and Landlord Representation work, including leasing, relocation, disposition and subleasing. His strong work ethic, professionalism and attention to detail have allowed him to provide the highest level of service to his clients. With a strong dedication to his career, Stephen works vigorously to achieve his clients’ needs and commits himself on building and maintaining long term relationships.
Eugene McGrane, Office Leasing Specialist, Commercial Building Sales
Eugene joined MCC Realty Group in 2005 and focuses primarily on the I-680 Corridor Office Market. Eugene is actively involved with Tenant and Landlord representation, Eugene has been involved in over one hundred lease transactions to date and has guided to completion the successful acquisition and disposition of numerous office projects. Eugene specializes in Tenant representation and brings an extensive experience in client advocacy to bear for both his corporate and individual business clients. Eugene draws on his market knowledge, transactional experience, and negotiating techniques to obtain equitable and advantageous transactions for his clients. Eugene holds a BA in history from the University of California at Riverside and is a licensed California Real Estate Agent. Eugene was born and raised in San Francisco and now resides in Walnut Creek with his wife Carie.
Property Management
Sherry Yavari, Accounting Manager
Sherry has over twenty years experience in accounting and is a licensed real estate agent. She received her BA degree in Accounting from the University of Tehran – College of Business and completed the Intensive Accounting course at Glendale College. Sherry has been with MCC for one year and has proved to be an important asset to our firm.
Nancy Dodson, Property Manager
Nancy has twenty-seven years experience in property and asset management. She is experienced in multi-tenant office, high rise office, retail and light industrial property management, and also has extensive experience in leasing and construction management. Nancy has held her CPM certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management since 1986, and is a licensed real estate salesperson.
Sharon Bork, Property Manager
Sharon has seven years experience in property management. She has managed multi-tenant office properties and is skilled in, financial reporting, construction management and tenant relations. In her current position as on-site Property Manager of an 110,000 square foot multi-tenant office building. Sharon performs the above function, in addition to having responsibility for daily building operations. Sharon is also experienced in property accounting, having done property accounting for a multi-tenant office building.
Becky Law, Property Manager
Becky has been managing her portfolio of multi-tenant office and retail properties for over thirteen years. Between that and her BS degree in Business Administration from San Francisco State University and a BA degree in Psychology from University of California at Davis she has become highly experienced in accounting, financial reporting and construction management. Becky is currently working on her Real Property Administrator (RPA) certification and is a licensed California real estate broker.
Anna Pascuzzi, Property Manager
Anna is nearing ten years of experience in the property management field. Her background stems from retail property management, where she has extensive experience in budgeting, financial reporting and tenant relations. Recently she made the transition to office management and brings a professional and positive attitude to MCC Realty Group. Anna has a degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.
Jody Skelton, Assistant Property Manager
Jody Skelton’s primary objective is to offer superior service towards all functions relating to building operations of multi-tenant office, light industrial and retail properties. With over 13 years of experience, combined with her high degree of energy, enthusiasm and drive, she is an asset to the property management division at MCC Realty Group and its growing clientele. Jody is currently working to obtain her California real estate license and becoming a certified property manager.
