Fred Seely, Principal

Fred directs the firm’s activities in property management, financial management, construction management and administrative functions. He has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate services industry.

Prior to forming MCC with Whiff Collins, Fred was with Cardoza Properties in Walnut Creek, where he directed leasing activities, lease renewals, tenant improvement construction, and loan refinancing for a portfolio of office, retail, and industrial properties located in the East Bay.

Fred served as vice president and asset manager for Union Bank of California, where he was responsible for management and disposition of bank assets acquired through foreclosure. Earlier he was general manager of Coast Valley Properties, and began his career in commercial real estate as a broker for McMasters & Westland in Walnut Creek.

Fred earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado and his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Golden Gate University, in San Francisco. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.


Sherry Yavari, Accounting Manager

Sherry has over twenty years experience in accounting and is a licensed real estate agent. She received her BA degree in Accounting from the University of Tehran – College of Business and completed the Intensive Accounting course at Glendale College. Sherry has been with MCC for one year and has proved to be an important asset to our firm.


Nancy Dodson, Property Manager, CPM

Nancy has thirty years experience in property and asset management. She is experienced in multi-tenant office, high rise office, retail and light industrial property management, and also has extensive experience in leasing and construction management. Nancy has held her CPM certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management since 1986, and is a licensed real estate salesperson.


Sharon Bork, Property Manager

Sharon has ten years experience in property management. She has managed multi-tenant office properties and is skilled in, financial reporting, construction management and tenant relations. In her current position as on-site Property Manager of an 110,000 square foot multi-tenant office building. Sharon performs the above function, in addition to having responsibility for daily building operations. Sharon is also experienced in property accounting, having done property accounting for a multi-tenant office building.


Becky Law, Property Manager, RPA

Becky has been managing her portfolio of multi-tenant office and retail properties for fifteen years. Between that and her BS degree in Business Administration from San Francisco State University and a BA degree in Psychology from University of California at Davis she has become highly experienced in accounting, financial reporting and construction management. Becky held her Real Property Administrator (RPA) certification since 2007 and is a licensed California real estate broker.


Anna Pascuzzi, Property Manager

Anna is nearing ten years of experience in the property management field. Her background stems from retail property management, where she has extensive experience in budgeting, financial reporting and tenant relations. Recently she made the transition to office management and brings a professional and positive attitude to MCC Realty Group. Anna has a degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.


Jody Skelton, Assistant Property Manager

Jody Skelton’s primary objective is to offer superior service towards all functions relating to building operations of multi-tenant office, light industrial and retail properties. With over 13 years of experience, combined with her high degree of energy, enthusiasm and drive, she is an asset to the property management division at MCC Realty Group and its growing clientele.
