Building Description and Amenities
Treat Towers consists of twin 10-story, Class A office towers totaling approximately 374,000 SF. The attractively landscaped plaza area is a favorite gathering place for customers and their visitors. The towers are conveniently located between I-680 and the Pleasant Hill BART Station.The two buildings are connected by a plaza featuring two reflective water features, walkways lined with trees, covered seating and a curved arbor. Additional seating is provided in the outdoor patio area of the on-site café.
After hours building personnel are provided during evening hours to assist tenants and visitors with moves, vendor access, etc.
The parking facility offers controlled access by card key for customers and ticketed parking for visitors. There are six levels of covered parking to serve over 1,100 vehicles. Due to the close proximity to BART, ample parking is available.
On-site amenities include a fitness center with full shower facilities, conference center with a fully equipped training room and a professional board room, an ATM in both buildings, banking facilities and a full service café.

Building Amenities – Onsite conference center includes a Boardroom, Training Room and Kitchenette; a fully equipped exercise facility including showers and lockers available for Treat Towers Customers only. On-site Café located on the ground floor of 1277 Treat Boulevard; as well as numerous restaurants, banks and retail services, just minutes away. Through our network of business services, tenants are invited to use similar facilities at many of our other locations throughout the area.
Transportation - Immediately adjacent to Highway 680, BART, County Connection, Benicia Bay Connection, Solano BART Express as well as extensive carpooling and vanpooling programs.
Project Description – Treat Towers is a high identity office complex comprised of two 10-story class-A office buildings. Construction was completed in 1999. The buildings’ architecture is striking yet efficient, and includes lobbies finished in granite, wood and architectural glass.
Exterior - The structure consists of steel with concrete flooring over metal decking. The building exteriors are precast concrete panels. The windows consist of reflective gray/green glass and the buildings feature full-height glass.
Plaza – A beautiful landscaped plaza with an abundance of trees, a reflection pool and numerous casual outdoor seating areas scattered throughout.
Project Hours – 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Security – On-Site security is available Monday-Friday from 5:00PM to 2:00AM. The building maintains a card system for after-hours access and is fully armed for fire.
Parking – Ample parking in a controlled-access, enclosed garage.
Elevators - Three elevator banks in each building provide 24-hour access (with an access card after hours) to the floors. Two service elevators (one in each building) provide service for deliveries and furniture transport.
HVAC - Multi-zone dual duct VAV system with phone-accessed after-hours override, 24-hour/7 day a week call up capability.
LEED Certification – Treat Towers is in the process of becoming LEED GOLD certified through the US Green Building Council. Over the past few years Treat Towers has undertaken many programs to further enhance our operating efficiency and to reduce our environmental footprint. It is currently our plan to be fully certified by December 2011.
Life Safety and Security - The building is equipped with a fully addressable fire alarm monitoring panel and is fully sprinklered.
Deliveries - Loading dock is located at the North Tower. A loading area in front of the North and South Towers allows for access to the service elevator located on the main parking level.
Electrical Service - Each building has 4,000 Amps @ 480V. Each floor is designed for 3.5 watts per sf for lighting and 5 watts per sf for receptacles and misc.
Communications – Access to high-speed
telecommunication services including fiber optics, T-1, ADSL, ISDN, SONET
ring as well as cable.
