Building Description and AmenitiesTreat Towers consists of twin 10-story, Class A office towers totaling approximately 374,000 SF. The attractively landscaped plaza area is a favorite gathering place for customers and their visitors. Project Description – Treat Towers is a high identity office complex comprised of two 10-story class-A office buildings. Construction was completed in 1999. The buildings’ architecture is striking yet efficient, and includes lobbies finished in granite, wood and architectural glass. Exterior - The structure consists of steel with concrete flooring over metal decking. The building exteriors are precast concrete panels. The windows consist of reflective gray/green glass and the buildings feature full-height glass. Project Hours – 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Security – On-Site security is available Monday-Friday from 5:00PM to 2:00AM. The building maintains a card system for after-hours access and is fully armed for fire. Parking – Ample parking in a controlled-access, enclosed garage. Elevators - Three elevator banks in each building provide 24-hour access (with an access card after hours) to the floors. Two service elevators (one in each building) provide service for deliveries and furniture transport. HVAC - Multi-zone dual duct VAV system with phone-accessed after-hours override, 24-hour/7 day a week call up capability. LEED Certification – Treat Towers is in the process of becoming LEED GOLD certified through the US Green Building Council.
