Performance Reviews That Protect Value and Control Costs
When taking over the management of a property, we assess current property conditions and review existing contracts. If the current service provider delivers value for the property, no changes are necessary. In cases where an existing contractor is not performing efficiently, we discuss our concerns with the Owner and recommend changes.
Our non-contracted daily general maintenance staff are skilled in performing a wide range of jobs including general clean up, basic carpentry, and simple construction for tenant improvements. They also perform light electrical and plumbing repairs, resulting in tremendous savings.
