Kristen Willis

Kristen’s experience in the commercial real estate industry began in early 2021, and she was delighted to join the MCC team in October 2025. She has also been a Consultant with Mary Kay since 2002 (with most of those years as a Sales Director, she earned eight career cars - including the prestigious Pink Cadillac!) Her background is varied and includes everything from tech to the secret shopping industry, along with more than 30 years of administration. Kristen has been married to her husband George since 1997. As they are relatively new grandparents, her “off time” is focused on reading stories and playing chase (with perhaps a little time left over for thrifting and reading.) She is also very involved in serving at Creekside Church in Martinez.
